If this provision is located to get unlawful or unenforceable, then neither Get together will elect to arbitrate any Dispute falling inside of that part of this provision identified to be illegal or unenforceable and these Dispute shall be made a decision by a court of competent jurisdiction in the courts stated for jurisdiction earlier mentioned,
